REFUND, EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

Return Policy:

Unopened Coffee Bags or Accessories: If you change your mind or aren’t satisfied with an unopened product, you can return it to us within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. Please note that shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Exclusions:

We do not accept returns or refunds for opened coffee bags.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Defective Items:

If any items are defective or if you received the wrong product, contact us right away. We’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Exclusion:

For defective coffee equipment, contact the manufacturer for refund or replacement.

Merchandise:

To initiate a return or report a defective item, please email us at Brandon@TwistedFlamingo.com with your order number and the email used for your purchase. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions. The cost of shipping the product back is the customer’s responsibility.

Once we receive your returned product, we will issue your refund to the original payment method, minus the shipping costs. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

SHIPPING POLICY

If you have issues with your shipment it is best to contact the carrier (USPS or UPS). You should have received an email or text with your tracking number. If not please contact us and we can provide this to you. The carrier is best equipped to handle any problems that may arise on the delivery of your package.

We are not responsible for and will not refund on packages that were not delivered due to a wrong or undeliverable address provided to us for shipping.

If your order was eligible for free shipping, we will choose the carrier and shipping method for your shipment. If you need to have a specific carrier or shipping method please contact us at Brandon@TwistedFlamingo.com with this information – additional charges may apply.

SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

Twisted Flamingo Coffee Co. provides a subscription service. By subscribing to our service, you have confirmed that you accept our Terms of Service. Your membership will automatically renew on a recurring basis at which time your credit card will be charged automatically for the subscription products, including applicable shipping and handling fees until you cancel your membership. You may cancel your membership at anytime by logging in to your account, selecting Subscriptions, then clicking cancel next to the item.
