Columbia Anitioquia Amaga Supremo Coffee
Classic, Bold, and Smooth
This Colombian Supremo delivers everything you love about a traditional Colombian cup—full-bodied, low in acidity, and richly satisfying. A Medium Dark roast creates a smooth profile revealing dry toasted walnut, a hint of spice, and a clean, balanced finish. Some notes of baker’s chocolate with a subtle nutty accent, without tipping into smokiness.
Sourced from the highlands around Amagá—a small city in the Northern Andes sitting at 5,200 feet above sea level—this coffee represents the classic spirit of Colombia’s rich coffee-growing tradition. This large-bean Supremo lot is a fresh, regional blend of smallholder-grown coffees, capturing the unique character of the area’s terroir.
Each contributing farmer cultivates their coffee on just 3 acres of land, using their own micro-mills to handle harvesting, depulping, fermentation, and drying with great care. In partnership with the Federación Nacional de Cafeteros de Colombia, these producers receive support to bring their high-quality beans to the global market—ensuring sustainability, traceability, and exceptional flavor in every cup.
