Coffee Cherry Process

Mountain Washed Process: This coffee is decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Process (MWP). The beans are first soaked to expand and prepare them for caffeine extraction. Then, they're immersed in a solution of coffee solubles that gently remove caffeine while preserving flavor. Afterward, the beans are dried and re-bagged, while the solution is filtered and reused—an eco-friendly and flavor-conscious method.
